PREGNANCY: this nurturing work is designed to help the typical ailments that can accompany the course of pregnancy. By creating an environment of relaxation and safety, you and your baby can enjoy a unique bonding time. Recommended during your second and third trimester.

SWEDISH: Traditional full-body massage utilizing classic Swedish strokes to induce relaxation, improve circulation and restore well-being.

AYURVEDIC - practice in India that's intention is to rid the body of toxins physically and spiritually.

TUI NA: an Eastern Chinese-based massage aimed at stimuating Tsubos (or acupressure point) to balance the body inner energy along meridians.

STRUCTURAL ORGANIZATION: this modality takes you on a 10-session series with the overall goal of changing body alignment related to postural asymmetries that have developed over time.

What is Graston Technique?

Graston Technique Instrument-assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (GISTM) is an advanced form of soft tissue mobilization that is primarily used to detect and release scar tissue, adhesions and fascial restrictions.The technique uses patented stainless steel instruments that are designed to adapt to the various tissue conformations. GISTM is an advancement in soft tissue mobilization (STM) that allows the clinician to detect and treat soft tissue dysfunctions in a precise and specific manner.

What to expect?

Duration
GISTM session: Usually around 8–10 minutes for treatment of an involved region.
GISTM per lesion: Approximately 30–60 seconds. This pertains to a specific lesion within a specific tissue structure.
GISTM per joint: Approximately 3–5 minutes. Larger regions, such as the spine may take slightly longer but should not exceed a total treatment time of 8–10 minutes.
Tissue warm up prior to treatment is generally 3–5 minutes. Ideally, this should be an active warm-up.

Treatment Duration
The goal is 4–8 sessions. Chronic conditions may take longer, while acute conditions could take less time.
Treatment Intensity
Treatment intensity is a matter of the patient’s perception as well as the amount and degree of tissue affected by the treatment. It is guided by patient tolerance.
